Shipping- Shipping costs are exceedingly high for all carriers due to fuel surcharges, it is a difficult situation and like everyone, we are attempting to deal with these increases as best we can. To save our customers even more, we offer FREE SHIPPING on most of the Animal Naturals line of Canine Nutrition based on dollar value! For items that we do charge freight, we do not believe in profiting from shipping charges, therefore we do not calculate shipping charges based on a flat rate or percentage of sale. UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. We can ask UPS to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required.
